When you submit a quote request through our website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- A description of the work you need done
We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, or sensitive information through this website.
We also collect anonymous usage data through a privacy-friendly analytics tool (page views, device type, country). This data contains no personally identifiable information and requires no cookies or consent banner.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
- If you proceed with the work, keep your details in our business records to issue invoices and meet our tax obligations
We do not use your information for marketing, sell it to third parties, or share it with any party not listed in this policy.
Third parties we share data with
To operate our website and respond to enquiries, we use trusted third-party service providers. Each is bound by their own privacy policy and is used only for the purpose described:
- A website hosting and analytics provider, which processes web requests and anonymous usage data so the site can run.
- An email delivery provider, used to send your enquiry to us. Your name and email are included in that notification.
Some of these providers are located overseas, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
How long we keep your information
If you become a customer, your details are kept for seven years in our business records to meet our obligations under the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997. If you do not proceed with any work, you may request deletion at any time.

- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
- Request deletion of your information (subject to our legal obligations)
- Complain about a breach of your privacy
